Lisa Spradling

Lisa Spradling serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Investment Advisor Representative at Fischer Investment Strategies (FIS). Reporting directly to the CEO, Ted Fischer, Lisa brings over 20 years of operations and finance experience to the leadership team. She oversees daily operations and manages client accounts to ensure consistent operational excellence.

Lisa earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and has dedicated most of her professional career to the financial industry. She is passionate about collaborating with a team that champions excellence and delivers exceptional service to clients.

Outside of the office, Lisa loves spending time with her husband and three daughters. While she considers her family her greatest personal accomplishment, her most rewarding professional success is serving the amazing clients at FIS.
