A pre-IPO investment allows accredited investors to purchase shares in a private company before it goes public on a stock exchange. These opportunities are typically only available to institutional investors or well-connected insiders — Fischer Investment Strategies provides select clients access to these deals through established private market channels.

To qualify as an accredited investor under SEC guidelines, you must meet at least one of the following: an annual income exceeding $200,000 (or $300,000 jointly with a spouse) for the past two years, a net worth exceeding $1 million excluding your primary residence, or certain professional certifications such as a Series 7, 65, or 82 license.
